Coro Allegro or “Joyful Choir” provides an enriching environment for experienced 4th-6th grade singers to refine their vocal technique and develop sophisticated musicality. This ensemble emphasizes performance skills, sight-reading, and interpretive expression, cultivating confident, dynamic performers. With a diverse and challenging repertoire, members prepare for public performances, fostering a deep appreciation for choral artistry. Coro Allegro performs at both the Winter and Spring Concerts. Coro Allegro requires more time and dedication than the younger choirs in order to prepare for special performances such as the Star-Spangled Banner and as a the feature SFCC choir at other special events.
